Alskali

Alskali are about ten feet tall with squat, heavily-muscled bodies. They are hairless, with dead-grey skin and huge hands and feet. Each has a single black glossy eye in the centre of their otherwise humanoid faces. These giants have entered into human folklore as the Cyclops.

In the RPG...

Alskali have no armour or immunities, though their eye does have a hypnotic effect on anyone that looks at it for more than a few seconds. Not only does the viewer lose an average of 3 Sanity points, all subsequent physical skills require a Hard success to pass. An opposed POW roll is needed to break the hypnosis, which, for an average Investigator, has only a 16% chance of succeeding.
It should be noted that while their description says they are 10 feet tall, an Alskali's average SIZ is only 100, which the 7e rulebook states is the largest possible human, so perhaps it should be a little higher.
The Alskali did not make it into the 7e Malleus Monstrorum, though they are not particularly compelling enemies, so I'm not personally bothered by this exclusion.

In a video game...

The Alskali would work fine in a game. They're fairly easy to kill, and their hypnotic gaze would add a little bit of uniqueness to the encounter.

In a film...

Giants and cyclops have featured in many films before, so I doubt the Alskali would make for any more interesting viewing.
