Lords of Tindalos

The Lords of Tindalos are wolf-like creatures that appear to not be wholly of our dimension, their shape constantly shifting and changing in angular pieces. They have the ability to travel through the angles of the world to any other angle in time and space.

In the RPG...

It seems to me that the Lords of Tindalos are simply larger versions of the Hounds of Tindalos. They have all the same abilities and attacks, but each is simply ramped up, as well as an added bite attack wherein they swallow their prey whole. They have 8-point armour as well as 8-point regeneration, though are only affected by magic.
The 7e Malleus Monstrorum has only changed the Lords' DEX and INT, with both keeping their averages but having their range increased.

In a video game...

Despite my disdain for magic, I really like the Hounds of Tindalos, and by extension, the Lords of Tindalos, so would most likely include them and remove their magic-only damage qualifier. Having said that, the Lords of Tindalos might be a little too powerful. Something so large (210 SIZ), fast (20 MOV), and resilient (42 HP)—that can also teleport!—seems like it would be impossibly hard to fight, so I would probably just stick to the regular Hounds of Tindalos.

In a film...

I've not read Gateway to Forever, from which the Lords of Tindalos are lifted, but if it's anything like The Hounds of Tindalos, it's probably too short to adapt, but I would still love to see something done with these horrifying creatures that hunt down time-travellers. It would be an interesting twist to the film that the time-travel aspect was nothing more than the inciting incident, and the rest was more akin to a slasher film where the protagonist was being hunted. Whether the creature was defeated at the end would be up to the writer.
