Gyaa-Yothn are said to be related to—and are possibly just domesticated—Ghasts, though they have a horn protruding from their head and are covered in fur. They are ridden by the people of K'n-yan, as well as being used as beasts of burden.
In the RPG...
Gyaa-Yothn are slightly stronger, larger, faster, and more intelligent than Ghasts. They can be ridden (with a base skill of 5%), and carry a load or rider up to 65 SIZ. There's not much else that can be said about Gyaa-Yothn. They are essentially just the horses of K'n-yan.
In a video game...
I think the world of K'n-yan would be quite interesting to visit in a game.
In a film...
The horrific aspects of K'n-yan would need to be highlighted for it not to come across as goofy.
